On Oct 10, the opening ceremony of China Sports and Tourism Expo 2024 was held in Suzhou, Jiangsu province. At the opening ceremony, the "2024 China Sports Tourism Quality Project" was introduced, and Anyuan County 300 Mountain Scenic Spot won the honor of "2024 China Sports Tourism Top Ten Scenic Spot", which is the only one in Jiangxi Province in 2024.

Anyuan 300 Mountain Scenic spot is the source of Dongjiang drinking water for Guangdong and Hong Kong compatriots, is the only tourist resort with special significance for Hong Kong compatriots to drink water, and is also the closest national 5A scenic spot in Jiangxi from the Greater Bay Area. The forest coverage rate of 300 mountains is as high as 98%, animal and plant resources are rich, and the content of negative oxygen ions in the air can reach more than 100,000 per cubic centimeter, which is a real natural "oxygen bar".

In recent years, relying on the advantages of resources, Anyuan County has integrated the bay into the circle, done a good job of "sports +" articles, held sports events such as Anyuan mountaineering race, bicycle race, marathon, launched the "three hundred Mountains sports event" brand, promoted the deep integration of sports and tourism, and made efforts to build Anyuan into a well-known destination for outdoor sports and the ecological health tourism garden of the Greater Bay Area.
