Jiulong Mountain in the territory of Anyuan County was a famous tea mountain in ancient times, and the tea farmers in Jiulong Mountain created and formed Jiulong Mountain Tea Lanterns, a collection of songs and dances in the process of tea production and trade, which was gradually developed into Gannan Tea Picking Opera in the middle and late Qing Dynasty, and became the first original opera of the Gannan Hakka. 2006, Gannan Tea Picking Opera became the first batch of national intangible cultural heritages announced by the State Council. Sanbai Mountain is the collective name of all the peaks on the southeast border of Anyuan County, which is the source of Dongjiang River and the birthplace of drinking water for Guangdong and Hong Kong residents. With a total area of 197 square kilometers and a core area of 36 square kilometers, Sanbai Mountain Scenic Spot has five major excursion areas, including Fuautang, Jiuquxi, Dongfeng Lake, Yangtian Lake, and Jianfeng Pen.
