"Anyuan three fresh powder" was founded in the Han Jin Dynasty, xing in the Tang Song Dynasty, prosperous in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, prosperous in the contemporary. It is said that during the Wu Zetian period of the Tang Dynasty, a farmer planted a particularly large radish. The imperial kitchen in the palace prepared a dish with this big radish and some delicacies and seafood, and presented it to Empress Wu Zetian.
