Introduction

Quotation / Introduction

Arduous inheritance

This is a photographic topic about Hakka culture. This is an exhibition about the inheritors of Gannan Hakka intangible cultural heritage. The author tries to show the splendid culture of Hakka people through the images of intangible cultural heritage, and record the ups and downs of the inheritors of intangible cultural heritage and the craftsman spirit they always abide by.

Hakka culture is broad and profound, and Hakka intangible cultural heritage is colorful. Hakka culture and Hakka intangible cultural heritage have a group of special researchers, who have published many insightful works and views. In the process of shooting, I visited Professor Luo Yong and Professor zouchunsheng's "Heluo culture and Hakka culture discussion" and Professor Feng Xiuzhen's "Hakka culture grand view", and drew on many of their research results. In front of them, I am at best a pupil. I have the honor to shoot more than 30 representative inheritors of Gannan Hakka intangible cultural heritage. I just want to share my understanding of Hakka culture with their stories from the perspective of photography. Due to space reasons, only 18 inheritors' stories are told here.

The basic function of photography is to record, record the present and witness history. I didn't focus my camera more on the scenes of the display of Hakka intangible cultural heritage, which must be more spectacular, more wonderful, more attractive to the audience, and more in line with the aesthetic taste of most people. Most of the inheritors in my lens have entered the old age. Listening to their decades of mental journey and capturing their instant expressions, we may be able to understand the intangible cultural heritage of Hakka from another perspective and feel the charm of Hakka culture from the inheritors' daily life and inner feelings. Of course, photography can never give the answer. It just asks questions and causes the audience to think.

During the shooting, the Publicity Department of Ganzhou municipal Party committee, Ganzhou Hakka Association, Ganzhou culture, broadcasting, New Tourism Bureau, Ganzhou tourism investment group, and the comrades of the party committees, governments and relevant departments in 18 counties (cities, districts) under Ganzhou city gave a lot of help; In particular, the comrades of Ganzhou intangible cultural heritage protection center and county (city, district) intangible cultural heritage protection institutions took turns to accompany them, and I would like to express my thanks together!

Arduous inheritance

Inheriting Hakka "intangible cultural heritage" requires the inheritor's full enthusiasm, firm belief, high professional ethics and persistent adherence. The inheritance of Hakka intangible cultural heritage, such as Gannan Hakka enclosure building skills, QUANNAN Hakka challenge tea making skills, Xingguo four-star moon watching custom, Xingguo folk song, Anyuan Jiulong Mountain Tea Picking Opera, Anyuan Nanxiang lobby music, Yudu Hakka in law suona and so on, is the arduous pursuit behind exquisite skills, the conscientious work of generations, and the craftsman spirit of dedication to craftsmanship, willingness to hardship, pursuit of excellence, and cultural inheritance.

Innovate

Innovation / innovation

Arduous inheritance

With the changes of production mode, living environment, cultural needs, means of communication, production technology and cultural ecology, the inheritance of Hakka "intangible cultural heritage" not only needs to be passed down from generation to generation, but also needs to keep pace with the times and be brave in innovation, so as to open the way of inheritance and innovation of Hakka "intangible cultural heritage", so that the ancient Hakka "intangible cultural heritage" culture can magically collide and subtly talk with the life of contemporary people, Creating Hakka "intangible cultural heritage" culture and art belonging to the times has become a consumer product loved by the people and a popular skill pursued by people.

Be reborn

Heavy / heavy

Arduous inheritance

Through thousands of years, many Hakka "intangible cultural heritage" projects inevitably experienced blooming, withering, flames of war, and flames of war, and the context of inheritance was once interrupted. However, gems will not be buried, and gold will always shine. With the efforts of people with aspirations, they are rejuvenated and still become a remembered luxury, the "coordinates" of Hakka history, exquisite traditional culture and skills, and the brilliance and glory experienced by Hakka people.

Arduous inheritance

With the development of industrialization and informatization, machines have gradually invaded and changed people's production and life. Some manual skills that have been handed down for thousands of years in the agricultural era have gradually disappeared in real life. New forms of entertainment have also impacted the ancient traditional drama and folk customs. Some Hakka "intangible cultural heritage" projects are facing great challenges. How to protect this part of Hakka intangible heritage and preserve it in a relatively live way is an urgent problem in front of us. The best inheritance is trading, and the best protection is use. In the changed environment, how to extend the use value of these projects, some "intangible cultural heritage" projects have also carried out useful exploration.
